    This was the PERFECT location- close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, groceries and fun things to do. The condo was very clean and had a great well-equipped kitchen. The main area Is very comfortable and the layout perfect for gathering.

    The beds were cozy and comfortable too.

    We walked on the super boardwalk -lots to see and do. We took a 5 min drive to catch the boat to go whale watching and saw several whales- very exciting. We walked to eat several times, finding Doc Taylors- great breakfast place- a. Couple of seafood places and really great Italian food.

    The Harris Teeter grocery store is very close too

    Looking forward to coming back to this condo!

    My family and I are from the DC area and decided to take a trip to VA Beach during the off-season. We have family in the area, but we wanted to mix it up a bit and stay near the waterfront. Per the recommendation of my sister, we decided to stay a few blocks from the waterfront to save a bit on rent and have a bit more quiet. We were so lucky to find this property, it was only a few blocks from the beach/boardwalk and we didn't need our car the entire weekend! We were able to park in the garage and keep our stroller, chairs, etc. in there as well. That left the drive open for when family came to visit.

    The property is very close to a grocery store (Harris Teeter), we were able to walk over in just a few minutes. There are many family-friendly restaurants w/in a few block radius, our favorite was Duck Donuts! If you are looking for shopping, you're in luck--we visited quite a few cute, local shops in the area. It’s great if you like going for long walks; walking up and down the boardwalk was so relaxing and no cars to worry about.

    The condition of the property was fantastic. It's clear the owner has recently put a lot of work into the townhouse. The floors, paint, furniture, decorations, and lighting all appeared to be very new. The property is very inviting and relaxing. It was also very nice that both the bedrooms had an ensuite and there was also a ½ bath on the same level as the living room and kitchen.

    The owner also had taken the time stock the property very well. There were new dishes, pots, pans, utensils, appliances, and basic pantry ingredients. It was also very convenient that the owner provided a Pack-n-Play and high chair for our 17 month old son. We had everything we needed and we were even able to host a nice size group (7) for dinner with no problem.

    Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I know we will be returning to Neptune’s Nook in the future. It’s a wonderful property in

    My family and I decided to take a "staycation" at the Oceanfront this past weekend to take advantage of the beach before it got into the busy season. We originally chose Neptune's Nook solely because of it's location but we soon realized that the townhouse itself was extremely inviting and gave off a relaxing "beach vacation" vibe. It wasn't decorated like most beach houses (the overload of beach themed decor and white wicker furniture) but was decorated tastefully but still gave off the vibrant beachy feel. Also, having a garage and driveway was a HUGE plus for us! It allowed us to have multiple cars, a place to store our bikes, stroller, ect and and left the driveway open to anyone that stopped by to say hello.

    Anyone looking for a central location should definitely consider staying here! It's walking distance to the beach, great restaurants and cute shops. My husband and myself are in our early 30's and like the bars/restaurants that are near 25th street and liked the fact that it's not in "the block". Another plus was that Harris Teeter (grocery store) was 2 blocks away so we were able to run up there if needed. Lastly, I wanted to highlight that the highway entrance is about a half mile away and is easily accessible.

    Someone is really paying attention to detail here... We can't wait to come back!
